Nachdem sie sorgf\u00e4ltig gesammelt und aussortiert werden, werden sie in einem Trockensystem getrocknet. In 3 Tagen, wenn die Kerne trocken sind, werden die Waln\u00fcsse mit der Hand geknackt. So bekommt man hochwertige halbe Walnusskerne.
